  • For emergencies like power failures, broken glass, floods, or elevator issues, call the 24-hour Operations Center at 860-486-3113.

Using a Preferred Name on Mail

Mail is addressed to the name listed in your housing application. To use a preferred name, you have two options:

  • Update your name during the housing application process.
  • Email Campus Housing at livingoncampus@uconn.edu to request a preferred name change.
